Philosophical counseling, rooted in the tradition of Socratic questioning, is a way to explore oneself through dialogue.
Its primary goal is cognitive: to challenge the mind and stimulate thinking (test the logic and coherence of ideas, reveal one’s implicit assumptions, learn to problematize ideas, conceptualize, etc.);
while it's therapeutic aim is to enhance self-awareness.
This therapeutic process aims to empower individuals by exploring their inner selves, including thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, in order to achieve a more fulfilling life.
It focuses on enhancing self-awareness, setting achievable goals, and acquiring new coping skills to overcome personal challenges.
As a philosophy practitioner and self-development counselor, I am deeply passionate about understanding the workings of the human mind and the role that our thoughts play in shaping our perception of reality. My profound interest in psychology and philosophy has driven me to assist others in navigating their own personal journeys of inner exploration. If you are seeking guidance on your path towards self-discovery, I am here to accompany you on this fascinating journey.
